Mandatory reading for all humanity, colonized people of color in particular.

Incredible, just simply incredible. Read it to give yourself an insight into the 1960s and one of its most prominent figures whose life and politics still affects America today.

Powerful narrative. I wonder what the world would be like if Malcolm X was still alive...

Malcolm X was undoubtedly one of the most fascinating minds I know of. I truly wish he had been wrong about not living to see this book published. I would love to know what he thinks of the current state of the world.

An excellent text to teach for Reading 098 (or any course, for that matter). Malcolm X had a gift for being eloquent as well as conversation-savvy--a gift I will probably never have.
