Unfinished Tales of Numenor and Middle-Earth

Unfinished means unfinished. I was unsuspectingly drawn by my love of Tolkien; devistation overwhelmed me as I realized that the stories are truely unfinished. Ok, perhaps that's stretching it a bit, but I was dissappointed. If you can't stand stories without an end DON'T READ the BOOK. Otherwise, it's fun to wonder where Tolkien might have taken the stories.

This was a most annoying book...I thought Christopher Tolkien had taken a bunch of his father's unfinished stories

Sort of read it. Its quite hard going and because they are unfinished tales you dont get anything from it so i gave up.

Fills in a lot of gaps from the Silmarillion to LotR.

Thing is, they really are unfinished. DROVE ME NUTS!
