Lasher Lives of the Mayfair Witches

It's alright. Kinda seems like every few dozen pages the author goes, "Hmm, what can I do to make this story more crazy?" Which didn't make for a bad book, but it did seem a little forced.

So much unnecessary detail.

Without giving away any plot elements of the trilogy, I can say that this is a must read. While the first book follows the witches themselves, this book, as the title implies, centers around the being that is Lasher. While not as good as the first one, this is still a great novel which continues the story of the Mayfairs. If you read The Witching Hour, you must read this one as well.

there was a time I loved Rice (before she went crazy...) and the mayfair witches were always my favourite characters
