This is my absolute favorite of all of Anne's books. Amazing how she wove together the Lestat thread into classic Biblical lore, it was sheer genius on her part! Wish I had brought this to get autographed when I met her several years back. If you can enjoy a book and see it for entertainment and not blashphemy against religion, then this book is worth a read.
