more there are people who would probably stone me to death, if i said this book has fostered more in me about the worship of God, than I've learned in all my years of organized religion. it is a work of fiction, true...but it drew such a vivid picture, that i started to think. if you've read marie corelli's sorrows of satan, you may be able to relate to what i mean. anne rice as always, is beyond compare and the merit of this book (for me) is not as much the fact that it tells a story but the fact that the story it tells sows a seed...what you do with that seed is totally up to you!
