Jeanne Braselton was a very talented writer but I really missed out on the plot from this book. I got it from my mom, and now I'm not entirely surprised she bought a book like this - an almost middle aged woman who's got a lackluster marriage. What's new?

Kept expecting to find out that her husband was having an affair, thus attributing to the false sense of well-being. Didn't happen. Phew.
