descriptively gory!

In this Gerritsen novel you'll get to know the woman side of both Maura Isles and Jane Rizzoli. There is also less blood and more emotion than what she usually writes. A good book.

Maura Isles - what a great character to read more and more about. The Queen of the dead as they call her. while on the other hand, Jane Rizzoli, the lively cop, who's personality touches your heart as you read more about her. you could feel her presence. this is an interesting read so far - a page turner for sure. I love Tess's books - she has a great way of keeping you connected to the story.

This is Book #3 in the Jane Rizzoli (Boston cop) & Maura Isles (Boston medical examiner) series written by Tess Gerritsen. I highly recommend the series.

finished this book today...very Patricia Cornwell-ish type book..would read this author again...captivating and exciting..couldn't wait to finish it.

What an end! So scandelous; very unexpeccted. I read this one first out of the series; didn't know it was a series. I loved the writing. I loved the twist. I loved the build up and the climax didn't let me down. got me hooked on Tess.
