I weighed 198 lbs on the 1st, today, the 13th, after just one week of it, I am down to 185.4 lbs... now I will not lie, the first couple of days I was hungry, real hungry at night, but if you follow the guidelines, you can almost eat as much as you want, but you have to follow the rules as to when to eat and especially what to eat... two weeks of no bread (except 1 piece at breakfast) no pasta, no rice, and no cheese.... pretty much fish/chicken and veggies,
