Fantastic book, flew through it. Don't be put off by the science-fiction tag, this is as human as it gets. You really feel for Lou as he comes to terms with his "illness" and society. Made me look at autism in a totally new light

Intriguing read. Gives great perspective both into the minds of autistics and into the ethical conundrums that face us now and in the future.

Very interesting read, I love the idea of looking at the world through the eyes of an autistic person. The story itself was kind of blah though, sort of a futuristic novel but not really. Overall, worth a look, but it won't change your life or anything.

Terrific exploration of human differences and the value of those differences. Believable, sympathetic characters, with a high-stakes choice to be made.
