A Big Little Life: A Memoir of a Joyful Dog

I really can't rate this book per se. The book itself wasn't bad. I've never been a big reader but found out very early (when I was around 13) that I love to read....as long as it's really keeping my attention. It has to be a page turner. This just isn't it. This book was amazing nonfiction story about Dean Koontz's Golden Retriever, Trixie. I absolutely loved it from beginning to end. Dean Koontz's sense of humor (and Trixie's sense of humor as well) contributed to this being a very well written memoir. I fell in love with Trixie, & it was fun getting to know Mr. Koontz and his wife on what felt like a personal level. I would recommend this people...more
