Um... Yeah... For little kids. Some of the stories don't even go anywhere and have no moral or anything. The stories about the hare are good though.

The short stories are interesting, but I really like the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series the best.

I listened to this as an Audio Book and would highly recommend this. The narratives were very nicely done and added another dimension of authenticity as these stories have been told orally for generations. I enjoyed the stories very much. I listened to this as an Audio Book and would highly recommend this. The narratives were very nicely done and added another dimension of authenticity as these stories have been told orally for generations. I enjoyed the stories very much. My kids were sometimes shocked at the brutality of the stories and morals. They live in a much gentler environment than the people in the stories with people who have the liberty to be more relaxed in the application of consequences. It was useful to vehicle to engage my kids in dialogs about the impact of environment on society.   hide

Los cuentos son sencillos (alguno demasiado), y el libro no es tan redondo como los primeros de la serie de la entrennable detective de Botswana Mwa Ramotse (del mismo autor). No obstante, al menos este libro permite un acercamiento interesante a otra cultura, y mi audiolibro, que estaba bien leido, resulto una amena compannia de camino en coche al trabajo durante un par de dias.
