You may think I’ve lost touch with my masculinity, but I love Quindlen’s work. She’s witty, introspective, candid and a good writer. She says a lot using only a little and that’s about as good as writing gets. Her short non-fiction books are all very similar -- they make you ask “Why?”, about your life, and they make you think. Call me a wimp, call me whatever you want...more
