very funny look at the oddities of life in the UK. Some bits made me laugh out loud but then I love Bryson's wit & style.
Seriously funny - could not help laughing aloud when I read this which is embaressing on the underground! Bryson at his best,

I love, love, love Bill Bryson.  Reading his books is like listening to a friend tell you stories about their travels--humorous, informative, entertaining.
