I found the text somewhat interesting, but certainly not as much as his first two novels. I couldn't quite grasp the pidgin English that frequently occurs in the text. He still writes in that style that builds up a good climax and comes to an interesting and unpredictable resolution, but I must say I enjoyed the first two much more than this one.
