I liked the flow of the book. Its charters were engaging and the author has an incredible talent for describing scenery but I felt that in some parts it fell flat, almost as if the author was holding back. I felt that with how she set it up it should have gone further. If you put this book in the category of an easy read I think it has the bones to be a classic and I enjoyed reading it.
This book only gets a three star from me. it was slow in parts of the story to take off. i wouldnt say the title depics the actual story. i did feel very sorry for Rena and flet he still didnt get his true dream in the end.
FABULOUS BOOK!
A one-handed orphan, a storyteller, a giant, a dwarf, a couple priests, a nun and a deaf woman... who could ask for more!
This story is in the style of Princess Bride. You will love it and you will be thanking me for recommending it!
I was seriously puzzled by this book. It got good reviews and while I thought it was very well-written the plot was lacking. The writing leads you to think that there's a deeper meaning to this book but actually it's a simple horror novel pretending to have heart and soul.
