This one is hard to pin down. It is an interesting view of a successful man keeping mental illness and alcoholism at bay. However, it is rambling and lacks a certain cohesion. Still glad that I read it.

I read The Eden Express years ago, and always wondered what happened to Mark Vonnegut after his initial psychotic episodes. Well, he landed on the side of sanity (usually, and whatever sanity is) and became a doctor.
