Fantastic book for any cat lover.  The writing gets a little overblown at times but you really got to know this incredible feline.

Gwen Cooper has the uncanny ability to get behind the eyes of an eyeless cat, and see the wonder of his delightful perspective on life. I truly enjoyed getting to know Homer, and appreciate the mature outlook on adopting and raising, and even falling in love with, a special needs kitty.

I'm a sucker for animals. It made me tear up a few times, because it's very touching. And the hero (Homer) is still alive at the end of the book!
