This is the most amazing book I've ever read. Margaret Atwood has the capability of writing to your heart as well as making you hungry for every next word. This particular book is a true story, with the bits and pieces putting it all together with Ms Atwood's brilliant style.

Couldn't even get through the Handmaids Tale at school, but Alias Grace was really awesome. I was very invested in this character's mysterious way.

I gave up after 20 pages. This was awful! Too bad, because the plot seems interesting. Oh well. Very disappointing.

Quite possibly this book is Atwood's best. It delves deep into matters of human consciousness, and questioning/exploring that consciousness, while giving the reader a decent little lesson on explorations during a time when psychology was still very much considered a spiritual science. Beautifully spun tale weaves together the two main characters, and, typically Atwood, does not make for a...more
