this book is genius and paints the best picture of how world markets really work that i've ever seen. this is kind of my handbook to life.

Everyone's all about The World is Flat right now, but if you're looking to really understand globalization and it's effects, this one is so much better. Anyone who's read any Friedman knows that he's a globalist; this book will make you excited about it too (the book's basis in Clinton-era prosperity may be one of the reasons, though). Actually a quick read, too.

All the stuff mentioned in this book is already all over the papers.
