For any science lover, this is an amazing book. It took all the technology I grew up dreaming about and explain how humanity could (or could not) create it. I loved it; my kids loved to hear me talk about it; and darn it, I'm read to dig Tesla himself up and debate some crap with him now. Zero point energy! Zero point energy!
