A Fraction of the Whole

Probably the wittiest book I've ever read. Whimsical and intelligent.

This book made me re-evaluate my current state of sanity. Felt that reading it was slowly driving me insane. But it was so addictive. A vague review might have it as a book where everyone goes to heaven, insane, or on a trip. It does pose statements regarding life that is of interest. But those loving bright stories should stay away. Times get dark with this book.

very funny, quick read.

So horrible and so not my not my idea of funny and so well-written I couldn't stop reading it.

Very Aussie and quite funny. I did get the impression that some people would find it HILARIOUS but it just missed the mark with me. Really well writtn but not quite my sense of humour.

There are times when this book drags on and is depressing. But then he'll drop a line on you that is so jarring you have to set the book aside for a little bit. It's also incredibly funny in a dark, dry way.

Laugh out loud funny. Loved it!

I really didn't like this book... totally depressing

Not normally a fan of the epic spanning decades but this is a very long and very entertaining book with clever dialogue and brilliant characters. Well worth the time it takes to read.
