Not My Daughter

Great book! I couldnt put it down!

Good book, sorta fluffy but kept me engrossed. My only problem, having grown up in a community where many of my classmates were not only pregnant at high school graduation but some were working on their second child, I find the outrage of the community hard to get around. Maybe there are communities like that. Still dealing with the issues of a pregnancy pact in high school was interesting.

It was an interesting book. Brings out the fact that we as parents are not responsible for the decisions our children make.

Made me feel like I could identify with the real struggle between mothers as we go through are day to day lives trying to raise our daughters the best we can. Raises the age old question about working vs. stay-at-home mothers.

Will be reading more of this author on my next school break!

A compelling read. Really makes you think about the definition of a good mother, a good principal, and a good friend. I like the author's style- very much like Jodi Picoult.
