Because the consumer cannot see thru any given product's production process we have incomplete information upon which to make a decision. Consumers will pay more for quality, Earth friendly products but right now its impossible to sort thru the real claims vs. the green washing marketing claims of products. The book was good, but I agree with other reviewers that was repetitive and needed more information. On the flip side, there isn't that much information and I'm glad Daniel got this book out and I hope for sequels or updates in the future!
