An interesting and thought-provoking read. Waldman took a lot of crap for writing an essay about loving her husband more than her kids. Now she delves into how judgemental women are to other women/mothers. And interestingly, as a Berkely, CA, resident and avowed liberal, she points out that the most self-actualized people are also the most self-absorbed and judgemental of others.

Luved this book! Thank you Ayelet for voicing all of my felt insecurities, emotions and thoughts. It was refreshing to learn that my feelings and experiences were NORMAL(!!!) and not shameful.

Very funny - I enjoyed listening to this book a lot. Although I didn't agree with everything she said, she made some really interesting points and had lots of cute anecdotes. Definitely recommend it!

I couldn't decide if I wanted to be Ayelet's friend or not during the reading of this book. Luckily it isn't likely that such a dilemma will present itself in real life. Overall liked it more than I expected to.
