A worthwhile read. YA isn't really my thing. My wife pointed it out because it's a Georgia Peach Award Finalist so it's being used for the Georgia Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl. We had a copy that Ms. Harazin sent me because we corresponded about some of the law enforcement aspects. I enjoyed the book. It was both sad and uplifting.
