These are three of the most amazing books I have ever had the pleasure of reading!  I encourage anyone who likes to read even a little to pick these up and learna little about yourself and the society in which we live.

The Giver was one of the first books that I remember really loving because it made me think about life and alternate possibilities.
So happy that she continued the story after the giver ended...

I've always loved The Giver. Then I found out that there were two other books that compliment it and ran out to get them.  All of these books I hated to see end.  Lowis Lowry became one of my favorite authors due to these three and I've enjoyed many of her other books.  I know they are geared towards youth but I think anyone would love these quick reads.  My oldest daughter's...more
 I've always loved The Giver. Then I found out that there were two other books that compliment it and ran out to get them.  All of these books I hated to see end.  Lowis Lowry became one of my favorite authors due to these three and I've enjoyed many of her other books.  I know they are geared towards youth but I think anyone would love these quick reads. You read The Giver and then find out that there are two more that compliment it! These were books that I couldn't stand to end. Favorites of my children and of everyone I've recommend them to! Lowis Lowry became a favorite author of mine because of these.   hide
