Was pretty good. I liked Cryptonomicon and All Tomorrow's Parties a bit better though.

I love his style, but this time the story is plain and the ending ridiculous. This is not an open ending, it's half a story...

It pains me, but this interminable block of technobabble can't conceal the lack of a discernible plot. Stylistically impressive, as always, but a huge letdown after the brilliant Pattern Recognition.
