its such a good book

A great story either way... But on the underside it really makes you question what it is to be intelligent and even what it is to be human... :-)

Started out good, but now I'm stuggling.. first it's way too long... I find myself skipping pages, literally, to just get it done.

Kind of longish...

Probably my favorite of Koontz's books and my introduction to him as an author. I remember it being both well-plotted and well-paced with a sense of a shadowy conspiracy menacing the cast of characters.
