One Shot (Jack Reacher, No. 9)

If this book is turned into a movie, I think Sean Connery would be an ideal main lead as Jack Reacher. A definite page turner - I can't wait to finish this book and go on to other Lee Child's books.

The way the accused is exonerated and the baddies dealt with is so unrealistic that I ended up not liking this book at all. The first half, as the story unfolds, is quite good, but the second half, as the story is resolved, is ridiculous. Pfft.   hide
