May possibly be my favorite in the series, if it is possible to be so blasphemous as to prefer it to Dune. The children amaze me, as does Alia. Alia's slip into madness is the worst thing to happen in literature.

Children of Dune was exciting because of its description of how Arakis changes when Paul Atredes disappears and is thought dead.
