more The third installment, it lives up to the first two books. If one were to reflect on all of the ideas that Herbert presents in his "fiction", it could, figuratively speaking, blow one's mind. I mean, in this book, Herbert has essentially presented a theory of demonic possession, which I could see as actually being plausible. In each human being, the whole history of mankind's evolution is implicitly present in one's DNA. What if one's individual ego was flooded by unconscious personalities of the past? That is one issue that he addresses with his imagination in this book.
