One of the better stories in the Ale Cross series where psychoanalysis is shown at it's fullest while keeping events fully believable (albeit close to the mark).

Patterson is always worth the time to read.

Amazing, amazing... Keeps you on the edge of your seat even though you know almost right away who the killer is. Did get a little slow at times with Christine's kidnapping, but it didn't detract too much from the overall story. Also, I thought it was a bit too over-the-top and unnecessary to the story to have her be pregnant while gone. Overall, though, a great mystery/thriller.
