I don't care for romance novels, and didn't realize what this was when I picked it up. The writing is OK, but the plot is predictable.

This was my first Nicholas Sparks book , and my first book on getting into reading for the first time in my adult life . It still stays in my mind as a wonderful story . I always reccomend this to all my friends . Great book
