An entertaining read, but largely forgettable in plot. Still, Watts in the 1960s provides an intriguing backdrop of racial solidarity and racial strife for Mosley's Easy Rawlins mystery.
Always like a Walter Mosley story, though I can't quite remember the details, like the name of the book, when I'm done. But they are always engrossing and feel more substantial than mind candy.
