A Thread of Grace

No es la gran cosa en cuanto a literatura, mas bien la historia esta tratada como escenas de pelicula ligera, por lo que pierde mucho credito. En resumen diria que es un libro entretenido y facil de leer, sin grandes espectativas.

Great historical fiction about WWII. Lots of characters to keep track of, but well worth the effort in the end.

This is an incredible book about the love in the midst of horrific hate. It is hard not to read and not end up with tears.

I enjoyed this book, but it was very sad. Such a small thread of grace in a very dark tapestry.

Detailed and very well researched historical novel about the efforts of Italians to save Jews after the German invasion in World War II. There were too many characters and I often had trouble keeping track of everyone. For fiction, I expected a quicker read--like the Sparrow, also written by the same author, which I loved.
