Citit in facultate, m-a impresionat foarte mult. Desartaciunea razboiului. Dialogurile excelente. Ar trebui sa il recitesc.

I don't particularly like war stories - but this one is absolutely gripping. And this is real war, from the front lines. This book, along with RED BADGE OF COURAGE, are my two favorite war novels.
