The scariest part is all the nuclear energy info. If you research it you'll find there was a lot of bungling by people who weren't properly trained. The Idaho National Laboratory accident comes to mind. The tech moved the control rod too far, killing 3 and causing extensive radiation contamination.

I read this book when I was in 5th grade. I don't have a current copy.

this is one of the best sci-fi novel i hv ever read.It's all interesting till the end.This is something worth reading.
