Rosemary's Baby

If you haven't watched the movie, don't bother unless you're suffering from insomnia. This story is perfect as a novel. Written is keeps the suspense and paranoia at a constant level to keep your interest.

Well, this book was definitely interesting.Very creepy. I read 3/4 in one sitting and once it started getting scary, being the wimp that I am, I put it aside for two weeks.Finally finished it! The movie stayed true to the novel. So if you have watched the movie, no need to read the book. How rare is that?!

This is a perfect thriller. The film based on the book is also fantastic, and was very true to the book. Except for some minor details that are expected in the transition from book to movie, nothing was left out. A quick read.

More haunting than the Mia Farrow film but living up to it's name, this book was hard to put down. Just imagin that your neighbors are very strange...and satan worshipers. You think you can turn to your husband for help, right?

Was definitely on a Levin kick when I read this. Wonderful book for the speculative fiction lover. The movie is great, too--one of the few that follows the novel to a tee.
