The Vanishing

Finished this weekend. Bery interesting. What a ironic twist. So far so good

As with all of Bentley Little's books this was apage turniner right from the very first page. I would definitely give this 5 out of 5.

Oh my! Twisted and sick. A definite read. I loved it!

At least for me, the Epilogue saved the ending.There was a lot in here. THE VANISHING was a commentary both on the wealthy in America, as well as the "Green" movement in general. And the author lets you know how he feels about both groups with this novel.As always, Bentley Little is a master,not only of suspense but, of using sexuality as an integral plot ingredient in his work.My only main criticism is that, throughout my reading, the image that I had in my head of the evil adversaries in this novel was that of a band of demented BANANA SPLITS.   hide
