I actually got hooked on Lee Child (Jack Reacher main character) before I got hooked on Barry Eisler (John Rain main chacter) - but it would be tough to pick between the two... Loved Jack Reacher's characterization. Should say that I am fan now and intend to read the Jack Reacher series.

Robin Hood meet Rambo. Great escape - like anything with Dirk Pitt.

It has action and excitment. This entire series is read worthy.
