The first one that I have read out of 9 books by Christine Feehan that has a woman who is part Lycan (wolf) that turns the Capathine part wolf as well. very good book allot of twist and turns keeping you on edge.

I loved MaryAnn's character...she's such a girly girl.

great read except the name of the hero (i changed his name to one more adult sounding)

I usually love Christine Feehan & her "Dark" (vampire) books. But there was something about this one. I just couldn't get into it. I didn't really like the characters. They weren't as good as her usual characters. She has the hero going back & forth from the "shadow world" into the human world. I found it very confusing. She didn't really explain it very well. Christine Feehan is a great writer. I love her "Drake sister" books & her "Ghostwalker" books. But maybe she finally ran out of ideas for her "Dark" books. This is the 16th book in the series. Just wasn't up to her usual standards.   hide

I really like the characters and the way you get so cuaght up in the story than out of nowhere ya run into a hot steamy well written sex scene very nice!! Hella friggin hot and steamy

Had to stop reading it. I really tried to get into this book. I was so lost though. I guess I need to know more about Carpathians to follow it. The half star is for the hot love scenes.

Loved it.
