more Everytime I see and/or read books on the heroism, sacrife, and patroitism of service men and women paved the way for freedom and democracy, I reminded of the many blessings we Americans have and must not take for granted. I enjoyed Flag of our Fathers for manner reason, but largely on how James Bradley takes the reader was past the often romanticized look at war and its warriors, and into the heart of them. I especially appreciated how he illustrated the life of humility is father exemplified. Great book. Looking forward to checking out the movie!
