Amazing, a book written centuries ago rarely captures humor in such a fashion as Voltaire does in Candide. Top 10 all time favorite book without a doubt.
Fun! Unexpectedly so! Candide is brief, ironic and direct. If this is the best of all possible worlds Dr. Pangloss has yet to prove it! Poor Candide! A very funny and deliciously philosophical satire.
