The Three Musketeers (Bantam Classics)

Ugh. What a bunch of nasty little bullies. I prefer the re-renderings where D'Artagnan and the 3 musketeers are actually cool.

One of the best books that I have ever read. Everyone should read this book!

Thus far a very good read...a little annoyed at the fact that I keep picturing movie scenes though. So far so good...

The book starts out with 19-year-old d'Artagnan who leaves his hometown and sets out to Paris in hopes of becoming a musketeer. He joins Athos, Porthos, and Aramis on their adventures as musketeers. The plot is filled with action, romance, suspense, and intrigue. All of the great qualities of writing made this book a literary classic. I don't want to give too much away because I don't want to spoil the excitement. You have to read it to believe it!   hide

Anything by Dumas is worth reading, and this one is definately one of the bests.
