more After reading the Foundation trilogy, I was ready to jump into this and see what Asimov did with this story years after the original. *spoilers* I really enjoyed the first section of this book...intrigue, plot twists, who is part of the second foundation?, what's the mayor up to?, how do the developing stories blend together? I ultimately was disappointed in the ending. There's this complicated galaxy Asimov has created. But all of a suddent the 3 Laws of robotics jump in. It's like Asimov just felt like he had to combine these two realms. Didn't work for me though. I still want to finish out the Foundation series though.
