Excellent book on dating... no just kidding. It is a great book negotiation. I bought my first house using techniques from Getting to Yes written by the team from Harvard. This book is just as good and important.

This is a good series. This one covered a lot of same ground as Getting to Yes, but some valuable lessons: Go to your balcony, step to their side, reframe the issue, build them a golden bridge, bring them to their senses, not their knees.
