Early work by Natalie Goldberg and that is why I like it. Magical time in her youth reflected in this novel about a writer.

I didn't want this hippie novel to end! You will crave Taos, NM after reading. Goldberg made me weep, literally...a big beautiful book ideal for hipster ladies everywhere...or hipster men!
