I suppose I should have a baby to review this book, since I don't know from experience that it works, but I can say that I am not as nervous about bringing my baby home, and am glad to have some techniques already in my bag of tricks to help her sleep and stay calm.

Don't waste time on the book, get the DVD. Especially for first time parents, this DVD will show you how to calm a screaming baby...you will be shocked and amazed! Watch the DVD and save yourself a ton of time...it's way better!
