Even when I slip up, her number one rule, "shine your sink", is always a winner in my house. When that's clean everything just seems to follow. I never thought I could be so house proud, and she makes it fun too. And THATS really saying something!

Totally changed my view of housekeeping - I still love my vacuum lines but have learned that perfectionism only results in procrastination.  By far one of the greatest & most functional books I've ever read!
