It is an art to be able to say a " ve" No. The author has provided useful and witty tips to how to say No in a positive way.

don't be an ass when you say no. I hardly remember this book, except I dont' like it much... and i read it in july of 07 and it's now 08/08.It teaches you to say no and still get people to do what you want... i typically love these books; but perhaps this one was just a bit annoying.i say no to it.
